Float values in TDB files...

Post by Artem » Thu Sep 23, 2004 7:23 pm

I was just checking the contents of NHL 2005 db.viv and it seems that there EA introduced float field types (in nhltourneystats.tdb). I will soon update TDBView and TDBAccess to handle this properly. For now, avoid using tdbaccess on files that have float fields.

Yes!! I was just about to ask about this, as Madden also has floats that would be VERY useful to be able to write to.

Any update on this Artem?

Floats are supported no problem. This is a very old message, it's been fixed some time ago.

Btw, welcome back :)
