tweaksDefaults.txt within tuning.viv

Not sure where to post this... I was browsing the Cyber forums and came across this: http://www.cyber-nhl.net/forums/index.p ... ntry574679

There's a tweaksDefaults.txt file located in tuning.viv

This guy added variables in there and claims the gamespeed and hitting were dramatically toned down. I tried this out, using bigGUI.exe to export the .txt file
I edited it
imported it back
compressed it
and rebuilt the tuning.viv

I'm not sure if this is the proper way to edit a .txt file in the game??!

When I load up the game to play the cpu, I viewed the sliders but aren't changed, however I did see a major difference as far as gameplay goes. Also, the rebounds are no longer whacked.

I then played an online game and didn't see the same results :?

Since it is only a .txt file, I believe you can import it back into the game with EA Graph as well.
