NHLView NG (For Xbox 360 and PS3)

Please note. I will not answer questions on how to install NHL View or how to use it if it is different then the Windows version.
NHLView NG is the roster editor for EA Sports NHL Hockey series on new-generation consoles (PS3 and Xbox 360). It is a complete rewrite of the original NHLView which is the editor for PC edition of the game. Though the new editor bears some resemblance to its predecessor, it is a completely different program and does not have as many features (yet).

- Supports NHL 09 - NHL 14 PS3 and XBox 360 Exhibition rosters.
- Basic player and team editing: player info, ratings, team / arena names, arena capacity, play-by-play / art numbers etc.
- View team rosters and edit lines.
- Various player transfer operations.

Player Movements
Use the transaction section

Create Player
Use the Stick Blade with a white folder that is folded, to the left of a Stick Blade with an X on it.
create as a Fake Built In Player (You must create this player in all modes)
Easiest is to export the player data (An envelope with an arrow point to the left) Import the player data into the other game modes (An envelope with an arrow point to the right)

Edit lines and edit jersey numbers, captaincies in the Team Edit Line Screen

* beside a player's team abbreviation on the player's list means they are in the Additionals.
To move them from the additionals, from the edit line screen, click to highlight the player, click Regular at the top of the Screen above the player list. More often than not, you will need to send a player to the additionals from the regular roster. First, you will need click to highlight the player, click additionals at the top of the Screen above the player list. At the bottom of the screen click the additional tab, this will switch from the regular roster to the additional roster, click to highlight the player, click Regular at the top of the Screen above the player list. After that, click the Regular tab at the bottom of the screen to move back to the Regular roster.

Import and Export Players
go to player or team list
click the player you want to export or import
Import: click on import on top of NHL View click on the player you want to replace the player that was clicked to replace him and import him in nhlview keep doing that to all the player's and goalie's. You can only import a player over a player or goalie over a goalie.
Export: click on export on top of NHL View and save the player's nv2 file

The best is to play with it.
